Registration for groups
In order to allow specific visitor groups – e.g. students from the second and third degree, which form an important target group – to visit Fusion-expo in optimal circumstances, the number of visitors per time-slot is limited by an online registration system: a “slot” is a time block of approximately one hour and a half to allow a registered group of visitors to reserve the expo exclusively for this group (excluding occasional visitors).
By preference it concerns groups of more than 20 and less than 60 persons. Registration for a certain slot is free of charge, although we request you to proceed to the registration only if you are sure enough of the chosen time for the visit. Indeed, modifications could lead to a domino effect on other groups.
The registration system aims at on one hand to have an optimal access to the diverse information panels and expo settings for the registered groups, and enables the expo organizer on the other hand to foresee the eventual guidance and staff required (going from active explanations and guidance, to answers to questions raised during the visit).
